Handle bar end turn signal lights mean you can signal to other road users without taking your hand off the handlebar. The height of the turn signals - at the highest possible level of the scooter, make them more conspicuous than safety lights which are usually restricted to only being at deck level. Integrated LED side lights on the deck and a wrap-around, 280 degree rear LED and brake light also help improve rider visibility.
