  • 8 = EMOVE Touring

P1 - Battery - Under Voltage Cutoff

This will usually be fixed by default, there shouldn't be a need to change this. Shows the voltage of the battery (Under-voltage point of the battery will be displayed) EG. Under voltage point will be 31.5V if you're seeing 315 on the display.

  • 315 - 36V Scooters
  • 415 - 48V Scooters (EMOVE Touring)
  • 430 - 52V (EMOVE Cruiser)

Press MODE to increase by 0.5V, Press POWER to decrease by 0.5V

P2 (fixed) - Minimum voltage

Press MODE to increase, Press POWER to decrease

  • 1000W Cruiser Default = 17
  • 600W Cruiser & EMOVE Touring = 15

This setting will impact the accuracy of the speedometer

NB: If you are using EMOVE Cruiser, the maximum voltage is 52V - if your P2 settings is set lower than the default, it might show that your battery only has 3 bars when in fact it is actually full. To the LCD display computer, it will be seen as full.

P3 (fixed) - Shows the speedometer speed setting.

This setting will affect the accuracy of the speedometer

Default = 0 (or "1" for newer models/throttles)

P4 - Measurement Units (Miles or Kilometres)

  • 0 = Km/h
  • 1 = Mp/h

P5 - Start mode

  • 0 = "Zero" start, meaning the throttle alone will engage the motor.
  • 1 = Kick Start, meaning the scooter needs to have some forward momentum before the throttle will engage

We recommend, at least initially, starting with the "Kick Start" (1) mode, as it is safer and prevents unintended motor engagement if you accidentally touch the throttle.

P6 - Cruise Control

If this setting is turned on, once the throttle is kept at the same acceleration for 7 seconds, the cruising (auto riding) mode will starts. To disengage Cruise Control when in this mode, simply activate either brake or the accelerator.

  • 1 = Cruise Control ON/Activated
  • 0 = Cruise Control OFF/Deactivated

P7 - Pick Up Speed/Torque.

EMOVE Touring &
Cruiser (Pre-2023/Pre-Sinewave)
Cruiser S (Sinewave 2023+)
0 = Hard Acceleration 0 = Soft Acceleration
1 = Soft Acceleration 1 = Hard Acceleration

P8 - Max Speed Setting (1~100%)

You can adjust the maximum power available to the scooter, to cap you maximum speed, for either personal preference or to comply with Personal Mobility Device regulations.

P9 - Electric Brake Strength.

This is used on your accelerator throttle, can be activated if you press all the way down while scooting.

  • 0 = Off
  • 1 = Medium
  • 2 = Hard

*Some issues have presented in some Cruiser S, while the electric brake setting is set to "1". If you encounter any issues with motor engagement, we suggest you try turning the electric brake off completely ("0").
