Shipping policy

Most orders are processed and shipped next business day*, while all orders will be processed within 3 business days* (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order and payment. If you have provided an email address, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping times may be delayed due to circumstances which are beyond our control. Feel free to message us for any concerns with your package at info@ecomotion.com.au

Domestic Shipping Rates

We offer choice between Australia Post Standard, AusPost Express and Sendle's courier network.

Australia Post and Australia Post Express shipping is calculated within various weight bands. Extra Heavy and/or bulky items may be shipped via courier. Tracking details will be provided.

Shipping rates are calculated based on package size, as well as its weight. If your parcel's dimensions are over a certain size, its chargeable weight might be higher than its actual weight.

Free delivery across Melbourne Metropolitan Area is available for all electric scooter purchases.

Electric Scooter purchases are shipped by courier with tracking details provided, or for Melbourne Metro, where we will often hand-deliver, and if you wish, we can also set up your scooter, and take away the packaging for recycling.

Available shipping options are calculated and displayed at checkout, with Sendle rates calculated in real time.

Local delivery

Local Express delivery is available within 25km of St Kilda for a $40 flat fee. If you're within 5km of St Kilda, call us on 0408 966 911 to discuss.

Deliveries are available from 10am-4pm, Monday to Friday and 8am - 1pm Saturday & Sunday. We will contact you via text message via the phone number you provided at checkout to arrange a suitable time.  

International Shipping

We offer international shipping by quotation to the following New Zealand, US, Canada, UK & Ireland. Message us at info@ecomotion.com.au with your full street delivery address, name, contact number and the items you wish to order, and we will arrange a quote.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. EcoMotion is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you have any issues with receipt of your order, please contact us at info@ecomotion.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes & Parcel Lockers

Select Australia Post shipping for delivery to P.O. Boxes and Parcel Lockers, up to 3 kg. Larger items may be sent via courier, and may require a street address for shipping.

Sendle cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes and Parcel Lockers.
