M12×45mm Main Stem Bolt + Nord-Lock Washer – Upgraded Genuine OEM Part for Bexly Blackhawk, Raven & Apollo Phantom V2

This is a Genuine OEM Factory Replacement Part, supplied as the upgraded replacement for the original main stem bolt fitted to compatible Bexly and Apollo electric scooters.

The upgraded assembly includes an M12 × 45mm Dacromet-coated socket head cap bolt and Nord-Lock wedge-locking washer, providing improved corrosion resistance and greater security against loosening caused by vibration and dynamic loads.

Upgraded Dacromet OEM Bolt

The upgraded factory bolt features a Dacromet protective coating rather than a conventional finish. Dacromet is a silver-grey, water-based coating containing zinc and aluminium flakes that provides excellent corrosion resistance for steel components while avoiding the hydrogen embrittlement risk associated with some conventional electroplating processes.

This makes it particularly well suited to a highly loaded component such as an electric scooter's main stem assembly, where strength, durability and corrosion resistance are critical.

Nord-Lock Wedge-Locking Washer

The OEM upgrade also incorporates a Nord-Lock wedge-locking washer to help secure the stem assembly against severe vibration and dynamic loads.

Unlike conventional washers that rely primarily on friction, the Nord-Lock system uses a wedge-locking action and bolt tension to resist rotational loosening — particularly valuable in an electric scooter stem and folding assembly.
